Study on Venture and Second-undertaking of Private Science and Technology Enterprise

本文从困境和机遇两个角度分析了民营科技企业二次创业现状,从国际和国内创业投资困境和前景两个方面分析目前国内创业投资环境,最后从二个方面提出优化民营科技企业创业投资环境的策略,即如何打造吸引创业投资的民营科技企业和优化创业投资外部环境,以期解决民营科技企业二次创业问题。

This article analyzed the situation in the second-undertaking of Private science and technology enterprise in the basis of two aspects, challenges and chances. Then it studied the environment about venture in China from the visual angle of puzzles and opportunities both in and aboard. Finally, this article recommended strategies from two aspects to solve the problem of second-undertaking in the private science and technology enterprise. That is how to abstract the venture and optimize the outside environment.
