摘要
中小企业普遍面临发展中的人力资源瓶颈问题,本文从吸引人问题、保留人问题、适合中小企业的人力资源管理体系和模型三个方面出发,对国内外关于中小企业人力资源困境的研究现状做了较为详细的综述,在此基础上分析了现有中小企业人力资源管理对策的缺陷,并指出了进一步的研究方向。
The small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are generally faced with the bottleneck of human resource in the development process, based on the three aspects of attracting the person, retaining the person, and constructing the system and the model that suits the human resources management of SMEs, this article makes a detailed summary about the present situation of researches on the difficult position of human resources in the SMEs, and in this foundation analyzes the flaws of the existing countermeasure of the human resource management in the SMEs, and points out the further direction of researches also.
