摘要
介绍一种6061铝合金零件压铸的新工艺。内容包括:流变制浆,慢压射压铸,内浇道、直浇道设计,主要围绕合金熔炼、模具设计和压铸阶段,针对影响铸件气孔率的相关主要因素。加以阻止或控制。其它常规的工艺设计和操作应相互协调,如:涂料,压力、压速的调配,充分有序的充型与排泄等。试验效果显著,实现了6061铝合金压铸件气孔率的根本改善,热处理合格率达到80%~90%以上。
A new technology for a 6061 aluminum alloy die casting is introduced, which includes rheological slurry preparation, slow shooting and die casting, design of ingate and sprue. The main factors affecting casting porosity is prevented or controlled in the stage of melting, die design and injection. The other general technological design and operations, such as coating, adjustment of pressure and injection speed, fully filling and evacuation, should be in harmony with each other. The porosity of 6061 aluminum alloy die casting is improved ultimately, thus the heat treatment yield of casting can reach 80-90%.
