摘要
采用合金上置熔渗法制备Al2O3/Al复合材料,观测组织结构和相组成,分析助渗工艺及气氛的作用。结果发现,破坏铝合金液表面氧化膜是浸渗进行的关键因素,在合金底面添加Al2(SO4)3粉末,高温下分解放出大量气体,可以冲破底面Al2O3膜,使浸渗得以进行。采用氮气气氛保护有利于获得组织致密、相间界面结合良好的复合材料。
The Al2O3/Al composite was fabricated by means of the pressureless infiltration technique of laying alloy on perform. The micrstructure and phases of the composite are analyzed, and the infiltration process and the role of atmosphere are. discussed. The results indicate that the key factor of infiltration is to destroy the oxide film on the surface of aluminum alloy. The Al2O3/Al surface film can be brokn when some Al2(SO4)3 powders are added on the bottom of preform, which can be dissolved at elevated temperature and releases a large quantity of gas. The nitrogen protection is beneficial to obtain a composite with denser structure and better interface bonding.
