Nonlinear Vibration Analysis of Microcantilevers in Atomic Force Microscopy

摘要 在考虑激励和摩擦的情况下,对通过1阶Galerkin截断模型化为单自由度系统的原子力杆,利用多尺度方法,得到了稳态响应振幅与解谐参数的关系。用图形表示了激励振幅和阻尼对稳态振幅的影响。 Nonlinear vibration is analyzed for microcantilevers with the Lennard-Jones interaction potential. Based on the governing equation derived with Galerkin method, the near-resonant amplitude-frequency response is obtained by the method of multiple scales. The periodical motion is determined by the amplitude-frequency response.
