摘要
随着经济体制改革的成功开展,我国的就业体制也发生了翻天覆地的变化,从原来的“铁饭碗”变为现在的“自由选择”,与此同时,调整劳动法律关系的劳动法律体系也逐渐完善起来。从《中华人民共和国劳动法》到最高人民法院的司法解释,各种地方性劳动法规,加之于新《新劳动合同法》的颁布,这些都为规范劳动关系提供了强有力的法律依据。
With the successful development of economic system reform, China' s employment system has also undergone the great changes, which has already migrated from "Iron rice bowl" in the planned economy era to the present-day "Self-directed employment". At the same time, the legal system for adjusting labor relation also improves gradually. Labor Law of the P.R.C., judicial interpretations made by Supreme People's Court of the P.R.C., and the newly-promulgated Labor Contract Law of the P.R.C. provide the powerful legal foundation for standardizing labor relation. Now, I would like to discuss non-fixed-term labor contract in the existing Chinese legal system in this article.
