摘要
目的检测纳米氧化锆磷酸钙骨支架的体内致免疫反应和生物相容性。方法将材料植入新西兰大白兔股部肌袋内,在植入前和植入后3、7、14、21d不同时间点内抽血查T淋巴细胞亚型T4和T8数量并计算其比值,对数据进行统计学分析;在植入后3、7、14、21d分别处死动物观察材料对植入局部周围组织的致敏作用及植入局部周围组织的炎性反应。结果材料植入后周围组织大体和组织学观察未见明显的过敏、炎性及排斥反应,植入后血液内T淋巴细胞亚群与植入前统计学结果无明显差别。结论纳米氧化锆磷酸钙骨支架无免疫源性,体内植入具有良好的相容性。
Objective The purpose of the study was to evaluate the biocompatibility and immunity of Nano-zirconia calcium phosphate scaffold in vivo. Methods The scaffold was implanted in femur muscle saccule of New Zealand rabbit, the blood was taken before implantation of scaffold and 3、7、14、21 days afterwards. Evaluation of T-lymphocyte hypotype number and proportion,and observation of inflammatory reaction in muscles around the scaffold was carried out 3、7、14、21 days after implantation. Rusults There was no obvious inflammatory reaction and hypersensitiveness in muscles around the nano-zirconia calcium phosphate scaffold, T-lymphocyte hypotype number and proportion were not significantly different after the implantation(P>0.05). Conclusion The nano-zirconia calcium phosphate scaffold have no immunogenicity and have satisfactory biocompatibility.
