公平正义是建设和谐社会的重要前提之一,马克思主义经典作家和党的三代领导集体对社会公平正义及其实现的问题予以强烈的关注。"科学发展观"中的公平正义思想是对马克思主义公正思想的继承与发展,是建设和谐社会、促进和实现社会公平正义的重要指导原则。工会作为职工群众利益的代表者和维护者应成为实现社会公平正义的促进力量。

Equity and justice is one of the important preconditions of building up a harmonious society. Classic authors of Marxism and three generations of leading group of the CPC have paid great attention to social equity and justice and its realization.The thought of equity and justice in the concept of scientific development has carried on and developed the thought of equity of Marxism.It is an important guiding principle of building up a harmonious society and promoting social equity and justice.As a representative and protector of workers and staff, trade union should become a promoting strength of realizing social equity and justice .
