工会应充分运用集体合同签订指导权

Trade Union should Fully Exercise the Right to Instruct the Endorsement of Collective Contract

《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》首次确立了在用人单位工会缺位情况下的上级工会的集体合同签订指导权。工会应该将其与已建工会的用人单位的集体合同指导结合起来,在指导的主要内容、主要方式、最终目标和救济途径等方面充分的运用集体合同签订指导权,从而大力推进集体合同工作。

Trade union＇s right to guiding the endorsement of collective contract is firstly stipulated in the labor Contract law of China. Trade unions should connect the right to guiding collective contract in employing units which have trade unions and, fully exercise the right in the major content, mode, finally target and relieve approach so as to enhance the work of collective contract effectively.
