摘要
以三脂肪胺作萃取剂,混合酶、煤油分别作添加剂和稀释剂,在有效萃取段高度为6.8m、100mm大孔脉冲筛板试验塔中,采用有机相为连续相,同时增设一有限高度的水相段从工业生产的煤灰酸浸矿浆中直接提取铀。在萃取率无明显下降和负载有机相中含泥量无明显增加的前提下根据对胺损的影响,寻找最佳的水相段高度。并在有效革取段高为11m的500mm的筛板搭进行了工业生产,得到相似的结果。
Uranium is directly extracted from commercial acid leaching pulp of coal ash with tertiary aliphatic amine as extractant,mixture alcohol as additive and kerosene as diluent.The continuous phase is organic phase. A large aperture pulsed sieve-plate column (100mm)is used as extraction equipment with an effective extractive section 6. 8 m in height and a certain height of aqueous phase section. The optimum height is sought according to factors affecting amine loss under extractin rate not obviously decreasing and solid content in loaded organic phase increasing slightly. A similar result is obtained in commercial run by means of sieve-plate column(500mm) with effective extractive section 11 rn in height.
