摘要
幼儿园教学应从儿童出发,为儿童发展服务,但实践中儿童为教学服务的现象屡见不鲜。造成这种应然与实然差异的原因是多方面的,缩小这种差距的对策主要在于教师深入了解儿童,使教学符合儿童发展的实际与需要。
Kindergarten teaching should be children-oriented, that is to say, it should be performed in a children's way, but the actual fact is that we fail to do so. The gaps between 'ought to be'" and the actual situation are great. Teachers should know their children deeply and make teaching appropriate for their developmental laws and needs.
