香港学前教育机构和学前教育课程都在不断发展,学前教师入职资格在不断提高,政府资助也在增加。对香港业内人士的访谈研究表明,有效能的幼稚园校长的特征应是"有远见,有领导与管理才能""具有专业的知识与能力""知人善任,处事公正""富有爱心和同情心、对幼儿教育事业具有责任感和使命感""擅长人际沟通与交往";有效能的幼儿教师的特征应是"对幼儿有爱心,热爱幼儿教育事业,对幼儿教育事业具有责任感和使命感""具有专业的知识与能力""主动、持续的学习与反思""能够团队合作,掌握人际交往与沟通技能"。香港学前教师教育的质量亟待提高。
The instructions and curriculum of Hong Kong's preschool education are developing and the requirements for preschool teachers and the government's investment are increasing. It has been agreed that efficient kindergarten leaders and teachers should have relevant attitudes and abilities to kindergarten education. The quality of Hong Kong's preschool education still needs to be improved.
