摘要
为了适应网络环境给图书馆带来的日益严峻的挑战,由英国公共图书馆联合提供的People'sNetwork服务开展了合作数字参考咨询(Enquire),并将图书馆的传统服务内容以Discover、Read的形式引入网络环境。本文详细介绍了People's Network的服务模式,深入分析了它的特点,并结合我国的现状,对我国如何进一步开展CDRS提出了一些建议。
In order to adapt to the challenge of network environment, the People＇s Network supported by public libraries in UK provides collaborative digital reference services （Enquire）, and brings traditional service of libraries to network environment through Discover and Read. This article introduces the service mode of People＇s Network, analyses its features, and presents several pieces of advice to the development of CDRS in China.
