开放式服务已成为图书馆现代化服务的重要标志和发展趋势。本文在分析了影响图书馆开放式服务的因素后,提出了基于开放理念的服务策略。作者认为,图书馆在实现物理空间开放的同时,应与国内外各行业、组织间的信息机构协作,实现网络化、开放式的知识服务。

Open access is an important sign and developing trend of the modernization of the libraries. In view of analyzing the factors that obstruct the open--oriented library service, this paper puts forward some strategies based on open access. The author suggests that the libraries not only open their physical space, but also carry out network--based and open--oriented knowledge service by means of cooperating with all kinds of information organizations all round the world.
