摘要
合成了2-(p-氯苯)-5,8-二氢螺咪唑并[2,1-b]苯并[d]噻唑7(6H),1’-环乙烷5,并测定了其晶体结构。晶体分子式晶体属单科晶系,空间群为结构的偏离因子分子结构中有一个大的平面部分,是由噻唑五员环(A)和咪唑五员环(B)构成。
2- (p-chlorophenyl ) -5, 8-dihydro-spiro [imidazo [2, 1-b]benzo [d] thiazole- 7 (6H), l' -cyclo-hexane]5 was synthesized by 4, 7-dihydro spiro [benzo[d]thiazole- 6 (5), 1' -cyclohexane] - 2 - aminwith bromomethyl phenyl ketone. The crystal structure of 5 (C20H21ClN2S, Mr= 356. 91) wasdetermined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system with space groupThe final deviation factor R= 0.042, R. = 0. 044.The molecule consists of an essentially planar part formed by the five-membered thiazole ring(A)and imidazole ring (B).
