爆炸衬砌过程中流态砂浆内应力变化规律的数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 应用DYNA-2D有限元程序,对爆炸衬砌过程中流态砂浆内的应力变化进行了数值模拟研究。研究表明,流态砂浆进入应力振荡阶段后,应力振荡的特征是砂浆内各单元不仅沿径向呈层状振荡,而且还沿切向呈团状振荡。在应力振荡初期,以沿径向层状振荡为主;在炸药爆炸并达到最大压力的同时,砂浆内部各单元受到最大压应力的冲击作用。 Explosive lining process is numerically simulated by DYNA-2D finite element program, and the time history of stress distributions in the fluid mortar during explosive lining is analyzed. Analysis results indicate that, at the stage of stress oscillation, each mortar element oscillates not only in a lamellar way along the radial directions but also in a way of clustering along the tangential directions. In the initial stages, the fluid mortar elements oscillate mainly in the lamellar way along the radial directions. Each mortar element is subjected to the impact of the maximum compressive stress when the explosive is detonated and reaches its maximum pressure.
