摘要
高温气冷堆氦气透平直接发电项目中的能量转换单元内使用了联轴器,用来联接氦气透平和齿轮箱。本文在三维设计软件CATIA内建立了联轴器的装配模型,在ABAQUS for CATIA内对联轴器的应力进行了分析计算。计算结果表明,由旋转离心力所引起的最大Von Mises应力为303MPa,由螺栓预紧力引起的最大Von Mises应力为167MPa,由联轴器传递的扭矩引起的应力为1MPa量级,前两个应力最大值发生位置都在最大外径处的螺栓开孔位置,最大应力叠加后为470MPa。由此得出结论,制作联轴器的材料必须是在470MPa的应力水平下不失效的高强度材料。
Shaft coupling is used in the power conversion unit of High Temperature Gas-cooled Reactor Gas Turbine (HTR-GT) system to connect the helium turbine and gear box. A three dimensional assemble model is built in the design software CATIA. The stresses in shaft coupling are calculated by ABAQUS for CATIA. The maximum Von Mises stress caused by centrifugal force is 303 MPa, that caused by bolt pre-tightening force is 167 MPa and that caused by moment of torque is 1 MPa. The first two maxi- mum stresses occur at the bolt hole near the maximum outer diameter, so the total stress would be 470 MPa.
