摘要
帕金森病(PD)是发生在中老年期的一种常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。针灸被广泛地应用于PD的治疗,然而其机制并不清楚。结合近年来电针防治PD大鼠的研究成果,从电针对多巴胺神经元的保护作用和电针对运动行为的改善作用等方面进行综述,探讨电针防治PD的相关机制,旨在对针灸治疗PD提供重要的理论依据和新的思路。
Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder of the central nervous system characterized by degeneration of dopaminergic neurons in Substantia Nigra pars compacta (SNc). Acupuncture has been used to treat PD-like symptoms for many years, and many clinical reports have illustrated the promising result of Electro-Acupuncture (EA) in alleviating the sufferings of PD patients. However, the mechanism still remains unclear. Based on our studies on EA stimulation in treating PD rats, this article reviews the protective effect of EA stimulation on DA neurons and the improvement of behaviors, to provide a reliable theoretical basis for treating PD patients with electro-acupuncture in clinic.
