高原铁路捣固车用聚氨酯涂料的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以聚酯树脂为基料,HDI三聚体为固化剂,制得了适合高原铁路捣固车使用的特种涂料。研究了不同树脂和固化剂对涂料耐候性、耐磨性和耐温变性的影响。通过FT-IR和TG等检测手段对涂料性能进行了表征。结果表明当选用聚酯树脂C为基料、HDI三聚体DN-90为固化剂时,制得的聚氨酯涂料耐人工加速老化时间可达2000h,涂膜磨耗量可降至0.038 g,耐温变20个周期后,检测结果合格。且该涂料固化反应程度完全,热稳定性能好,各组分含量符合设计要求。 An special type polyurethane coating for tamping machine of plateau railway was developed based on polyester resin as binder and HDI trimer DN -90 as hardener. The influence of resins and curing agents on weatherability, abrasion resistance and temperature change resistance was studied. The properties of polyurethane coating was characterized by IR and TG etc. The results showed that the coating had a good performance when the polyester resins and DN -90 curing agent were choosed. Its weatherability reached 2 000 h, abrasion decreased to 0. 038 g, temperature change resistance was up to 20 cycles. Moreover, the coating showed a higher curing degree, good thermal stability, the coatings formulation is accorded with design request.
