帕金森病的现代治疗与进展 被引量：3

摘要 帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease，PD）常见于中老年人，临床表现为静止性震颤、肌僵直、运动迟缓和平衡障碍等，病理特征是中脑黑质纹状体系统多巴胺（DA）能神经元变性死亡。虽然其病因还不是完全清楚，也没有治愈该病的方法，但合理的治疗仍可使患者较长时间地保持工作和生活自理能力。本文就PD当前治疗状况及进展作一介绍。
