摘要
单位制变革打破了传统的就业模式,大学生的就业期望与择业经历都存在着性别差异。通过对山东省部分高校的调查,发现女性更关注就业的稳定性,男性则更注重收入水平。求职中女性的签约率相对较低,更容易因为性别受到不平等的困扰。对于求职中的性别歧视,大多数女生选择了默认,反映出现实中缺乏维护平等就业权益的渠道。
Changes in the system of "work unit" dissolved the traditional employment model and created gender differences in employment expectations and job applications among university graduates. Research among a few of Shandong universities reveals that while women graduates pay attention to job security, male graduates value income. Women'graduates have a lower rate of signing contracts and experience unfair treatment because of sex. Many women graduates choose silence in front of gender discrimination in the job markets. There also lacks channels to protect equal employment rights.
