拨云滴眼剂治疗家兔实验性金黄色葡萄球菌角膜炎

Results of boyun eye drops treating rabbit staph aureus keratits

目的探讨拨云滴眼剂对家兔金黄色葡萄球菌角膜炎的治疗作用。设计实验研究。研究对象角膜感染金黄色葡萄球菌的家兔。方法将家兔角膜刮痕后接种金黄色葡萄球菌,分别用复方熊胆滴眼液、高、中、低浓度的拨云滴眼剂进行治疗,以拨云滴眼剂溶剂组和不给药组为对照。主要指标观察家兔结膜和角膜病变。结果结膜病变情况:复方熊胆滴眼液组、高、中、低浓度的拨云滴眼剂组与溶剂组无显著性差异;高浓度拨云滴眼剂组在第1、3、4和5天,中浓度拨云滴眼剂组存第1和4天,低浓度拨云滴眼剂组在第1、2和4天,与不给药组有显著性差异。角膜病变:高浓度拨云滴眼剂组在第1、3、4和5天,中浓度拨云滴眼剂组在第1、3、4、5和7天,低浓度拨云滴眼剂组在第3天,与溶剂组有显著性差异;复方熊胆滴眼液组在第1、4、5和6天与不给药组有显著性差异;高浓度拨云滴眼剂组在第1、3、4、5、6、7和8天,中浓度拨云滴眼剂组在第1、3、4、5、6、7、8和9天,低浓度拨云滴眼剂组在第5、6、7和8天,与不给药组有显著性差异。复方熊胆组、滴剂组、高浓度组、中浓度组、低浓度组和不给药组角膜培养的金黄色葡萄球菌阳性率分别为50.0%、33.3%、25.0%、16.7%、58.3%和50.0%。结论拨云滴眼剂治疗家兔金黄色葡萄球菌角膜炎有效。(眼科,2007,16:425-427)

Objective To explore the results of boyun eye drops treating rabbit staph aureus keratitis. Design Experimental study, Participants The rabbits of corneas effected by staph aureus. Methods Corneas of rabbits were scarified and inoculated with S. aureus. The rabbits were treated with compound bear bile eye drops, high, medium and low concentration boyun eye drops, contrasted with solution and no treating group. Main Outcome Measures Observation of rabbits conjunctiva and cornea leision. Results In conjunctiva lesion, compound bear bile eye drops, high, medium and low concentration boyun eye drops had no differences with solution. There were differences of high concentration boyun eye drops on day 1,2,4,5, medium concentration boyun eye drops on day 1,4, low concentration boyen eye drops on day 1,2,4 with no treating group. In cornea lesion, there were differences of high concentration boyun eye drops on day 1,2,4,5, medium concentration boyun eye drops on day 1,3,4,5,7, low concentration boyen eye drops on day 3 with solution. Compound bear bile eye drops had differences with no treating group on day 1,4,5,6. There were differences of high concentration boyun eye drops on day 1,3,4,5,7,8, medium concentration boyun eye drops on day 1,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, low concentration boyun eye drops on day 5,6,7,8 with no treating group. The positive rates of bacteria culture in compound bear bile eye drops, high, medium, low concentration boyun eye drops, solution and no treating group are 50.0%, 33.3%, 25.0%, 16.7%, 58.3% and 50.0%. Conclusion Boyun eye drops have effects on treatment of rabbit S. aureus keratitis.（Ophthalmol CHN, 2007, 16： 425-427）
