宁血调经汤治疗更年期功能性子宫出血疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding in Climacteric Period Treated by Calming Blood and Regulating Menstruation Decoction

目的:观察宁血调经汤治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:中药组108例用宁血调经汤、西药组62例用安宫黄体酮加补佳乐联合周期治疗,治疗4个月观察疗效,并观测血清性激素水平及子宫内膜厚度的变化。结果:中药组总有效率86.11%,西药组总有效率85.48%,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。中药组治疗后血清雌激素水平可升高,并使子宫内膜变薄,较治疗前有显著差异(P<0.05),与西药组治疗后比较,血清激素水平和子宫内膜厚度无明显差异(P>0.05);结论:宁血调经汤有调节内分泌轴及标本兼治的作用,且无不良反应。

Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Ningxuetiaojing Decoctine to treat the climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Method ： All of 170 patients were randomly divided into two groups.. Therapeutic group （ n = 108 ）, treated with Ningxuetaojing Decoction, Control group （n = 62） ,treated with Progynova lmg ＋ medroxypro gesterone 8 mg. The curative course of both groups were 4 months. Observing the difference of both estradiol and uterine mucosa Between before and behind treatments. Resuits ：The total effective rate of the therapeutic group was 86.11%, higher than control group （85.48%）, There was no significant difference between twe groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After 4 months treatment, the estradiol was higher and the mucosa of uterine was thiner. It was significant difference （P 〈 0.05）, comparing with control group, the change of the estradiol and the mucosa of uterine was no significant difference（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ：Ther clinical observation indicated that Ningxuetiaojing Decoction had good effect on the climacteric dys functional uterine bleeding, It could adjust the incretion axes. And there was no any side effect of Ningxuetiaojing Decoction. It had the same the clinical curative effect of the estrogen and Progesterone.
