摘要
选取华东电网2007年夏季、冬季共5个典型运行方式和1个特殊运行方式,研究了华东电网2007年小干扰稳定基本特性,揭示了目前华东电网实际存在的全局模式小干扰稳定模式。随着浙江沿海大机组的集中投产和安徽皖北大机组的相继投产,若不考虑关键机组投运PSS,将出现浙江弱阻尼模式,同时安徽模式阻尼也接近弱阻尼范围。采用PSS新增投运方案,华东全网各全局模式,特别是浙江模式和安徽模式的阻尼均将得到显著提高,远离弱阻尼范围,华东电网2007年电网运行小干扰稳定水平能够得到保障。
Five typical and one special operational methods of East China Power Grid in the summer and winter of 2007 were used to study its small signal stability characteristics, and the Grid's existing small signal stability mode of global schema is presented. Since more large units along Zhejiang coastal area and north of Anhui are putting into operation, weak damping will probably occur in Zhejiang if PSS is not equipped in some key units. At the same time the damping mode in Anhui will become close to weak damping. To extend PSS application to some key units will enable the damping in Zhejiang, Anhui and East China Power Grid as a whole to be improved significantly and the small signal stability level of the Grid in 2007 can be ensured.
