摘要 作为特高压交流试验基地的重要设备,1000kV变压器的结构设计及选型首先应保证其安全运行,其次必须考虑它作为将来1000kV交流试验示范工程主设备的功能的同时兼顾试验基地作为示范工程的前期科研作用。为此,国网武高院采用多个厂家不同结构的设计进行对比,以充分考核其可靠性与优劣。此次1000kV特高压变压器设计在它的技术条件和标准、选型、招标采购、安装调试、交接验收、系统设备投运等工程建设全方位进行了尝试、铺垫,为正式工程的建设奠定了良好的基础。 1 000 kV transformers are the most important devices of UHVAC test base. Firstly, its structure design and selection must guarantee the safe operation of primary equipment for UHV transformer in UHVAC test base, secondly, the transformers must meet the demands of future 1 000 kV UHVAC pilot project (Jindongnan-Nanyang- Jingmen), and then, the function of preceding research of UHVAC test base as the 1 000 kV AC pilot project must be considered. Therefore, in order to examine its reliability, WHVRI used three different structures from three dif- ferent manufactories for contrasting. In the design of 1 000 kV transformers, an all-round way of its technique con- dition, standards, lectotype, inviting bidding, installation, hand-over test, going into operating is attempted. The design of UHV transformer also laid a solid foundation for the pilot project. Firstly, this paper introduces the design process of UHV transformer, including the structure selection; limiting resistance deviation of different UHV transformers, secondly, it introduces the UHV transformer technical condition and points out the problem during establishing technical specification, thirdly, it introduces the production and test of transformer bushing, tapping switch and outlet equipments, then it indicates problems and problem-solving process during equipment producing, at last, this paper introduces UHV transformer transportation, installation and field test.
