黑龙江省森工林区是全国最大的国有林区,加快建设发达的产业体系,要依托比较优势,对产业发展方向应以雄厚的林木资源为基础,以丰富的林副资源为依托,重点发展森林经营产业、木材精深加工业、森林生态旅游业、绿色森林食品业等6大产业;要科学规划,完善区域产业发展布局,组建7个产业经济区;要重组改造,着力打造组建林产工业、绿色食品、森林旅游为主的3个产业化龙头企业;要加强科技创新体系建设,切实增强企业自主创新能力。

The forest industry region in Heilongjiang is the largest state-owned forest areas in China. To speed up the building of well-developed industrial system should rely on the comparative advantages, the orientation of industrial development should be based on solid wood resources and the rich non-timber products, emphasis on the development of forest management industries, lumber fine processing industry, forest eco-tourism, forest green food industry, and other six major industries.
