摘要
目的应用差示扫描量热(DSC)法对2种不同产地的丹参原药材粉末、醇提物和水提物进行分析鉴别。方法DSC量程8mW;升温速率10℃/min;温度范围25-400℃;气氛为静态空气;参比物为α-Al203;根据图谱峰形和特征进行比较鉴别。结果丹参原药材粉末、醇提物和水提物放热峰温略有不同,但2种不同产地的DSC图谱峰形基本一致。结论初步表明DSC法具有试量微样化、不用溶剂、曲线易于解析、快速简便等优点,可作为丹参药材及其提取物的鉴别方法之一。
Object To investigate the feasibility that Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae powder and two kinds of extracts (the ethanol soluble composition and the water composition ) are identified by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). Methods The Identification was carried through according to the form and charactristic of curve obtained under the conditions such as the range of 8mW , the velocity of hoisting temperature with 10℃/min from 25℃ to 400℃ , slience air condition and α-A1203 as static state. Results The top temperature of DSC curves were different among three kinds of substance, while Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae from two producing areas were similar in top temperature. Conclusion There are many advantages in applying thermal analysis technique to identify Chinese herbal medicine, such as tiny specimen amount, no solvent, simple curve analyze, quick and convenient, etc. The method can be used to identify Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae.
