摘要
应用准经典粒子理论和量子力学测不准关系,得到了在抛物线型势阱中二维电子气的能级宽度.计算结果表明,抛物线型势阱中的二维电子气的能级宽度随着电场的增强而增大,而且能级宽度也随能级量子数的增大而增宽,这与已有的实验结果一致.
Applying the theories on quasi-classical particles and the uncertainty relation of quantum mechanics, we deduce the formula of energy uncertainty with electric field and energy analytic expression of 2DEG(two-dimensional electron gas) in the parabolic well and its energy width. We find that the energy level in parabolic is lower than in triangular and, at the same time, the energy width increases with electric field intensity in the parabolic well. These results are in agreement with the experiment data.
