加强高等中医药院校知识产权教育的探讨

Discussion of strengthening intellectual property education in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine

从国家建设、中医药事业健康发展、中医药知识产权教育的特殊性入手,探讨了加强高等中医药院校知识产权教育的重要意义。通过调研,初步分析了目前高等中医药院校知识产权教育的现状和存在的问题。在此基础上,提出了通过增强知识产权教育意识、加大教育投入、充分整合资源、完善课程设计、积极开设相关专业、强化普及教育、构建多维教育网络等措施以加强高等中医药院校知识产权教育的建议。

From the aspects of national construction, sound development of Chinese medicine cause, and education of intellectual property of Chinese medicine, this paper discussed important significance of intellectual property education in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine. Present status and problems existed were generally analyzed through investigation and research. Suggestions were then made on related topics such as increasing awareness of education, enlarging educational investment, rectifying resources, perfecting course design, popularizing education, constructing multi-layer educational network with the purpose of promoting education of intellectual property in cOlleges and universities of Chinese medicine.
