对农村中医药人才教育的思考

My view of educating rural professionals of Chinese medicine

中医药是中华民族的瑰宝,是中华民族几千年来同疾病做斗争的结晶,但在现代科技的冲击下,中医药的现状令人担忧,中医药人员的数量和素质呈现下滑趋势,特别是农村中医药人员的现状,主要存在学识低下、临床能力不足等。发展中医药事业,重点是加强中医人才的教育;对农村中医药人才的培养,主要从两个方面着手,即建立农村中医药人才专业学习的激励与社会保障机制,建立适合农村中医药人才专业学习的渠道和方法,重点培养出一批农村中医药人才骨干队伍,从而满足农村基层对中医药卫生医疗保健的需要。

Chinese medicine is a national treasure of the Chinese people, a product of the struggle of the Chinese people against diseases through thousands of years. However with development of modem science and technology, Chinese medicine shows a declining tendency in both quantity and quality of its professional workers, especially those working in the rural areas. They are insufficient in medical knowledge and clinical ability. This paper suggests that training of the rural professionals should be carried out from two aspects, namely; setting up stimulation and safeguarding systems for learning, and offering channels and measures suitable for ruralpractice so as to bring about a batch of rural professionals of Chinese medicine for the needs of medical treatment service in the countryside.
