摘要
通过评价模型的建立、公式的推算和实际数据的验证,建立了一个较为合理的经济模型,为业内人士评价余热发电系统和烧成系统多角度地提供借鉴;系统发电总效率用以评价发电设备综合状况,而实际有功功率(实际发电功率)与设计指标的比较可以衡量余热发电设计厂家的诚信与水平;烧成系统(含余热发电系统)的综合收益由两个方面构成,即熟料产量的收益和余热发电的收益,是这两者综合作用的结果,从而体现系统的经济性;能够简明反映兼顾系统观点的指标——吨标煤耗发电量。
By means of establishing appreciation model, deriving computation formulae and verifying from actual practical data, a reasonable economic model was developed to offer a rule, to which people can evaluate the effect of power generation system and the pyro-processing system from different aspects. Total efficiency of power generation of the system can be used to appreciate the overall status of power generating equipment, while comparison between the actual active power (actual generated power) and the designing targets can be a sign for sincerity and design level of the power generating equipment manufacturer. Comprehensive benefit for the pyro- processing system (including power generation system) is composed of two parts, i.e. benefit from clinker output and benefit from power generation, and they have indicated the economics of the system. The target of power generated by specific coal consumption can simply reflect comprehensive consideration for the effect of whole system.
