摘要 为了提高荧光增白剂C.I.199分散悬浮液体系的稳定性能,通过测定其悬浮体系Zeta电位的方法,研究表面活性剂、电解质、pH值等不同因素对涤纶增白剂(22E-13)与涤棉增白剂(22EC-17)稳定性的影响。实验表明:该分散体系在一定浓度下加入阴离子表面活性剂或阴/非离子表面活性剂复配物后,产品的稳定性显著提高,但在高价金属阳离子存在时会对其产生严重的破坏;选择适当的pH值也是控制稳定性的一种方法。 To raise the stability of the disperse suspension of fluorescent whitening agent (FWA) C.I. 199, the influences of surfactants, electrolytes, pH value on the stability of whitening agent 22E-13 for polyester and 22EC-17 for T/C were investigated through measuring the Zeta potential in their dispersion systems. The results indicated that when an anionic surfactant or a mixture of anionic and non-anionic surfactants is added into the dispersion system, it will improve the system stability significantly. But when electrolytes with high value ion present in the system, its stability deteriorates. In addition, pH value of the system is Very important to the stability.
