摘要
介绍纤维牵断成条机系统构成,着重介绍牵伸机构、牵切机构、加压机构以及传动系统等关键部件,阐述纤维牵断成条加工的工作原理,介绍牵断机的工艺参数罗拉隔距、胶辊加压量及牵伸倍数,分析这些参数变化对纤维牵断主体长度及其分布的影响规律。应用该设备可以减少2种不同纤维之间的长度离散度,提高混纺纤维的成纱质量。
The paper addressed the construction of the fiber stretch-breaking sett frame such as stretching, breaking and press mechanism and driving system, its working principle, parameters as roller gauge, applied pressure of the rubber roller and draw ratio, and factors influencing the stretch-breaking main length. The machine can decrease the degree of separation between two fibers of different length and improve the mixed spun yarn quality.
