摘要
通过对钢丝绳质量向提升容器换算及计算瞬时钢丝绳刚度,建立了提升机钢丝绳、容器系统的参数振动的数学模型及基于Matlab/Simulink的通用的加速、减速、匀速三段速度控制的提升仿真模型,就JK-3/30提升机工作参数进行了仿真,得到了提升机工作的全过程性能参数。
By conversion of hoisting container with mass of wire rope and calcu- lation of transient stiffness of wire rope, the paper established the mathematical model for variation of parameters of wire rope and container system of hoist, and the hoisting simulation model with acceleration, deceleration and even velocity control model based on MATLAB/Simulink was founded also, thus, the working parameters of JK-3/30 hoist was simulated and the properties parameters during whole operation course was achieved.
