摘要
为了提高大型带式输送机液体粘性软启动装置的控制精度和可靠性,设计了一种组合式电液数字阀。这种阀基于流体脉码调制原理,由若干个开关阀组合而成,具有抗污染性强、结构简单、价格低廉等特点,很适合应用于带式输送机等大型矿山机械设备的计算机控制电液伺服系统。
In order to improve the control precision and reliability of liquid viscous soft-start device of large scale blet conveyor, the paper de- signed a kind of combined electro-hydraulic digital valve. The valve consisted of several switch valves based on liquild pulse modulation theory. It possesses the advantage of strong anti-pollution ability, simple structure and low price, and is suitable for application of electro- hydraulic servo system controlled by computer in some large scale mining machinery equipment such as long distance belt conveyor.
