摘要
辊磨机磨辊在工作时的应力分布是一个重要的设计参数。本文利用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了辊磨机磨辊的有限元计算模型,并对高压辊磨机磨辊在工作时的应力分布进行了仿真分析。首先以物料为对象建立了数学模型,求得了磨辊工作时的压力分布,而后建立了辊磨机磨辊的物理模型,定义了材料属性和边界条件,并进行了求解计算。试验的结果表明,物料的数学模型是合理的。
Stress distribution on roller of roller mill at opertion is an important design parameter. ANSYS was applied to establish the finite element calculation model for roller of roller mill, and simulation analysis to stress distribution on roller of high pressure roller mill at operation was conducted. Firstly, the paper established the mathematical model for material to acquire stress distribution at operation, then establishedphysical model for roller of roller mill, defined the material attribute and border condition and conducted derivation. Test result showed the mathematical model for material was reasonable.
