摘要
简述了数据电台的基本性能,并结合选矿工艺详细介绍了基于数据电台实现PLC与IPC构成的数据采集与监控系统。系统硬件主要采用全数字无线数传电台ND202A和西门子PLC构建无线通讯和数据采集系统,软件采用点对多点半双工通讯模式。该系统经济、可靠、易于扩展,实现了中心控制室与各PLC控制站之间的数据通讯和选矿过程的自动控制。
The paper briefly narrated the basic performance of data radio station, and combining the concentrating process, it introduced how to realize the data collecting and monitoring system made up of PLC and IPC based on data radio station. Wireless digital transmission set ND202A and Siemens PLC was applied in the hardness to construct wireless communication system and data collection system, the point to point semiduplex transmission mode was applied in the software. The sys- tem is economical, reliable and easy to popularize, it realizes the data communication between center control room and each PLC control station and automation control in the concentration process.
