矿用防爆灯具主体结构设计

Design to Structure of Main Body of Mine-Used Anti-Explosion Lamp

摘要 矿用隔爆荧光灯具是煤矿井下使用最广的防爆灯具,但传统的防爆荧光灯具普遍存在照度低、光效低、灯管寿命短、维修量大、必须停电才能进行维修等问题,致使井下带电检修的违章操作难以杜绝。针对该问题,设计出一种体积小、重量轻、照度高、寿命长、安全可靠的防爆灯具,并对灯具的光源、镇流器、总体防爆结构的设计进行了论述。 Anti-explosion lamp is mostly applied in colliery underground, but, the traditional anti-explosion lamp possesses the disadvantage of poor brightness, low luminosity, short lifespan of lamp tube, huge repair duty and necessity of power-off before repairing, which lead to be difficult to repair without power. According to this problem, the pa- per designed a kind of anti-explosion lamp with small volume, light weight, high brightness, long lifespan and reliability, and discussed this lamp about its light house, ballasting device and whole anti-ex- plosive structure.
