健胃合剂治疗小儿功能性消化不良疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Decoction of Invigorating Stomach (健胃合剂) on Pedofunctional Dyspepsia

目的:观察中药治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:150例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组。治疗组90例予健胃合剂治疗,对照组60例口服胃优乐胶囊治疗,7天为1个疗程,于2个疗程结束后判定疗效,并于治疗前、后检测胃动力。结果:治疗组痊愈65例,好转20例,无效5例,总有效率为94.44%;对照组痊愈34例,好转18例,无效8例,总有效率为86.67%,两组总有效率及胃动力检查结果比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健胃合剂治疗功能性消化不良疗效显著,且明显改善功能性消化不良患儿的胃动力。

Objective. To observe the curative effect of Decoction of Invigorating Stomach （健胃合剂） on functional dyspepsia. Method： 150 cases of functional dyspepsia were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly. 90 cases in the treatment group were treated with Decoction of Invigorating Stomach, and 60 cases in the control group were treated with Capsule Weiyoule （胃优乐）. The course of treatment was 7 days. The assessment of curative effect was after 2 courses of treatment, and gastro dynamic was detected before and after treatment. Result： In the treatment group the total effective rate was 94.44%, and in the control group the total effective rate was 86.67 %. The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Decoction of Invigorating Stomach on functional dyspepsia is significant. It can improve the gastro dynamic of children suffering from functional dyspepsia.
