摘要
注射制品的变形是长期困扰模具工程师的一大难题。尽管在模具设计过程中采用各种先进的技术手段,但成型制品却很难满足设计图纸要求。本文通过对制品的变形进行分类,并对收缩变形和翘曲变形分别提出了不同的解决办法,成功地利用变形预补偿降低风扇的变形量,为解决制品的变形问题提供了一种新的思路。
Large deviations of molded parts have puzzled tooling design engineers at all the times. It' s very difficult to make molded parts meet the specification on the drawing, even tooling design engineers used many advanced approaches to design the injection tooling. In this paper, the author divided the deviation into shrinkage and warpage, and found different solutions to them, and reduced the deviation of automotive engine fan successfully. It offers a new approach in order to reduce the deviations for molded plastic parts.
