妊娠期糖耐量降低对妊娠预后的影响

Effect of impaired glucose tolerance on the prognosis of pregnancy

目的:探讨糖耐量降低对妊娠预后的影响。方法:将157例糖耐量降低者及55例妊娠期糖尿病患者与1315例正常者的妊娠预后进行比较。结果:糖耐量降低组巨大儿、新生儿窒息率,合并妊娠期高血压疾病、剖宫产率明显高于正常组,糖耐量降低组孕妇年龄较大,孕前体重较重。结论:糖耐量降低孕妇妊娠期并发症、手术产率、围生儿病率均高于正常孕妇。

Objective：To investigate the effect of impaired glucose tolerance on the prognosis of pregnancy. Methods：The study group consisted of 157 pregnant women with impaired glucose tolerance （IGT） and 55 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM）,the control group consisted of 1315 normal pregnant women.Results：The rate of fetal macrosomia,neonatal asphyxia,hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and cesarean section in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The average age of the study group was older than that of the control group and the body weight before pregnancy of the study group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion：The pregnant complications,the rate of cesarean section and the perinatal morbidity in the pregnant women complicated with IGT are higher than norreal pregnant women.
