Hunan possesses rich agriculture source and long-time history of agricultural product pro- cessing, which signify the specific meaning of developing agricultural product processing industry in Hunan. The paper analysed the status and problem of agricultural product processing industry during the process of agriculture industrialization in Hunan, and putting forward advices of developing agricultural product processing industry energetically to prompt Hunan agriculture industrialization.
