中等职业学校学分制改革的调查与思考——以大连市为例

Investigation and Consideration on the Credit System Reform of Secondary Vocational Schools ——The Case of Dalian

中等职业学校深化学分制改革,在中职教育系统内部,要建构学分制改革的整体工作体系,用工作的整合力来保证和提升学分制改革的整体效果;在中职学校外部,政府不仅要为中职学校学分制改革提供政策支持和法规保障,也要承担一定的改革成本核销责任,促进学分制改革工作的健康发展。

To deepen credit system reform, the whole working system should be constructed inside secondary vocational education system to ensure and upgrade the holistic effect of credit system reform by resultant working force; outside secondary vocational school, the government should provide policy support and legal guarantee as well as assume some responsibilities of reform cost to boost the healthy development of credit system reform.
