During. its reign, the important policies relating to lifelong education view include： skill project, extensive participation and citizen-oriented education objectives.The policies that new labour party implemented are closely related to the governing view of the party,and they are also embodied in lifelong learning policy.On one hand, the lifelong learning policies enlarge the scale of lifelong learning and pay more attention to the importance of lifelong learning; on the other hand, these policies manifest excessive bureaucratization on view level, but from long term perspective,these lifelong learning policies ean develop continuously and well-off in future.
