丛状神经瘤

Plexiform neuroma

报告1例丛状神经瘤。患儿男,9岁。存大腿伸侧囊性肿物2年,自觉瘙痒,无明显疼痛及麻木感,全身散在大面积咖啡色斑。皮损组织病理检查:真皮中下部有许多扭曲增牛呈疏松或编织状排列的梭形施万(Schwann)细胞,具有纺锤形或波浪形细胞核,核分裂相少见,尚可见到条索状增粗、结构弯曲的神经纤维束,伴水肿及黏液变性。结合临床表现和组织病理改变,诊断为丛状神经瘤。

A 9-year-old boy presented with an asymptomatic cystic swelling over the anterior aspect of right thigh for 2 years. He had multiple large cafe-au-lait spots over his entire body. The histopathology showed proliferating spindled Schwann＇s cells with fusiform or waveform nuclei in the middle and lower dermis, arranged in a weave-like or loose pattern. Mitotic figures were rare. A tortuous mass of expanded nerve fascicles was present, which showed edematous and mutinous degeneration.
