摘要
研究了稀土元素镨、钕、铒对红菇深层发酵中红菇菌丝生物量、胞外多糖(EPS)、胞内多糖(IPS)、总多糖(TPS)、最终pH和多糖产率的影响。研究结果显示:稀土元素显著影响着菌丝生物量、EPS、IPS、TPS、最终pH和多糖产率;其影响水平受限于稀土元素的种类和稀土元素含量,适当剂量的稀土元素镨、钕具有促进红菇菌丝体生长作用和代谢产物的积累,而过高浓度的稀土元素则会造成对细胞生长和多糖产物抑制作用。在添加适宜的剂量稀土元素镨时能够获得较高的生物量、胞外多糖产量、胞内多糖产量、总多糖和胞外多糖产率,其分别达到24.63±0.62g/L、1.730±0.065g/L、79.03±0.00mg/g、3.511±0.028g/L、7.60%±0.15%。
Rare earth elements(REE)of praseodymium, neodymium and erbium were added into the media to investigate their effects on the mycelial growth and polysaccharide formation by Russula sp. The experiments were carried out in freely suspended cultures using shake flasks. The results indicate that the extent of stimulation or inhibition were associated with the types and levels of rare earth elements. REE at a lower level of concentration led to a significant increase in cell concentration, production of extra cellular polysaccharide (EPS) and intracellular polysaccharide (IPS) in a submerged cultivation. In contrast, REE at a higher level of concentration led to a drastically suppressed both mycelial growth and polysaccharide formation. Rare earth elements of praseodymium, neodymium were beneficial to the promotion of the cell growth and product biosynthesis. The optimal production of biomass, EPS, IPS, TPS and yield of polysaccharides was 24.63 ± 0.62 g/L, 1.730± 0.065 g/L, 79.03 ±0.00 mg/g, 3.511 ± 0.028g/L, 7.60% ± 0.15%, respectively.
