摘要
从经营性单位量化数据回归分析入手,分析企业家团队的整体功能与团队人员个体效用、团队的单项要素与团队人员的单项要素间的构成关系,并进一步探讨企业家团队的管理劳动所具有的特殊性质,即企业家团队的管理劳动具有单一功能的集合性质以及这一特殊属性对改进优化年薪制度设计的启示意义。
Starting from the regression analysis of the managerial unit quantification data, the essay analyzes the relationship between entire function of entrepreneur team and individual effect of personnel, between single function of the entrepreneur team and person-to-person factor, it deeply discusses the special nature of management labor of the entrepreneur team, that is to say, the management labor of the entrepreneur team has single-functional unitary attribute and his special unitary attribute helps to improve and optimize yearly-salary system design.
