Libraries in colleges and universities should gear themselves to the needs of construeting key subjects, on the basis of enhancing the storage capacity and numbers of books, reinforce the construction of journals, electronic documents and virtual stock and meanwhile strengthen the cooperation between the reference rooms in departments and the colleges.
