摘要 商业应用服务在信息技术领域中的作用日趋显著,迫切需要一种策略保证这些应用的高可用和服务质量。按描述、监控、分析、维护的顺序,提出了商业应用管理的理论和方法。在该理论的基础上设计和实现了一套通用应用管理系统——AMPS。实验结果显示该系统提高了应用的可用性,同时保证了服务质量。 Commercial applications are playing an important role in information society, requiring an effective and powerful management system to ensure availability and QoS of these applications. In this paper, a set of complete and systematle theory on managing eommereial applications was presented, according to logical sequence: description, monitoring, analysis and maintenance. Then a system named Applieatlon Management Platform Service (AMPS) was designed and implemented according to the established theory. Afterwards, the system of AMPS was verified to have improved the availability and QoS of controlled applications via a series of experiments.
