摘要 介绍了针对现代管理需要在VC平台上研制开发的一套电话外呼系统,进而对该系统的主要功能、软件设计、模块划分以及一些关键技术实现方案等进行了探讨。该软件与已有的电话外呼系统相比具有成本低,效率高,有利于推广等优点。试用结果表明该系统有较高的实用价值。 In this article, a telephone outbound system developed on the Microsoft VC + + 6.0 for modern management was introduced. Then, several solutions for the system's main functions, software designs, module partitions and some key technologies were given. Compared with the existing telephone outbound systems, this system is cheaper, more efficient and easier to spread. It has higher practical value, which has been proved by trial application.
